Overview

On behalf of a leading organisation based in the North West, Cureyoursearch are currently rectuiting for an experienced and proven Registered Care Home Manager to oversee a medium sized care home in the Congleton area of Cheshire.

This care home specialises in care and support for elderly residents, some of which have dementia and is well known in Cheshire for the high standard of care it provides.

My client likes to ensure home managers have time to do their work so there is support from HR, marketing, quality assurance, operations teams as well as an excellent support network in house.


Location of the Residential Manager / Registered Care Home Manager role:

This role can be accessible from Manchester, Chester, Stoke-on-trent, Crewe, Sandbach, Knutsford, Altrincham, Northwich, Nantwich, Alsager, Holmes Chapel, Kidsgrove and surrounding areas.


  • Must have experience of running a care home
  • Must have experience of achieving a Good or improved CQC rating
  • Must have sound CQC knowledge
  • Must be passionate about quality care

The Residential Manager / Registered Care Home Manager Package:

  • Up to a £55,000 salary + £5,000 bonus

The Residential Manager / Registered Care Home Manager Interview Process:

The interview process for this role will be two stage.
