  • To establish and maintain a good working relationship with all Network Partners, colleagues and customers
  • To maintain effective communication and relationship with all other departments.
  • Effective use of internal and external software programs.
  • To conduct investigations and action Partners requests where appropriate.
  • Develop a knowledge of TPN procedures, transport and vehicle laws, import and export procedures and dangerous goods regulations.
  • To mediate between Partners, ensuring actions have been carried out in accordance with The Pallet Network operation manual.
  • Mediate and provide conflict resolution strategies.
  • Assist members in arranging overspill vehicles and couriers where appropriate.
  • To ensure that the handover from the Night Manager is acted upon and to compile a handover to the Night Shift of any relevant points applicable to the night operation.

Qualifications
Microsoft office skills, high level of customer service skills, attention to detail and accuracy
