Connections Recruitment is working in partnership with a leading soft services provider to identify a Part-time Payroll Manager to join their ranks.

The Payroll Manager will report directly to the Financial Controller and have a comprehensive knowledge of sage 50 payroll with previous experience processing payroll for a high volume of employees.

Proven Payroll administration experience and a good understanding of the Auto-Enrolment rules are essential for this role.
Duties to include;

Responsible for the full end to end payroll of up to 600 staff members including fortnightly, 4 weekly and monthly payroll
Onboarding new starter packs and leavers and preparation of payroll management reports
Preparation and calculation of multiple payrolls from entry to submission of Real-Time Information reports to HMRC
Processing of pension autoenrolment, new pension joiners and leavers and liaising with the provider
Calculation of SSP, SMP, SPP and submission of CIS information

Working hours - Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 8am to 4pm (Negotiable)
Salary - c£30,000 pro-rata | c£18,000 gross
