Description

Headcount Group are looking for an experienced BWIC Operations Controller to work for our esteemed client in the Luton area specializing in the RC Frame and Groundwork industry.


Your roles will include:

  • Coordinate equipment, consumables, and operative requirements with management and clients for efficient service.
  • Chair Daily Look Ahead meetings, maintain operative assignment and training systems, and manage databases.
  • Organize equipment, consumables, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Oversee external and internal hire, repair faulty equipment, and manage fuel and PAT testing.
  • Maintain workshop, handle purchase orders, DRS, timesheets, attendance, and invoice reconciliation.
  • Assist with RAMS, toolbox talks, and Friday Packs. Support estimating and project costing.

Salary:
£45,000.00 per year


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Hatfield: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Groundworks/RC Frames: 2 years (required)
