Description
Based in Chorley in a brand new state of the art, hi-tech business centre for digital and creative businesses.

You will have the responsibility of the weekly, monthly and quarterly results, leading your team through campaign development, event planning, product alignment and ensuring these are executed successfully, supporting all of their manufacturers, services anddepartments, alongside this you will guide the company's marketing strategy.

Within he role, holding a creative organised experienced lead in the department and execution of running a marketing department is critical.

Other key responsibilities will include presenting back success' and developments on amonthly basis and collaborating with the distribution network to provide them with all of the marketing assets needed to support their success to.

You will be confident in lead & revenue generation through all channels of marketing & have a keen passion for success through different ways of targeting and inspiring customers future purchases.

Your team could be running multiple campaigns per week, holdingevents & expected to generate new business leads through these avenues - so as you can imagine, you will need to have excellent time management skills & feel confident in demonstrating initiative.

You will have a strong background in marketing, ideally withexperience of using adobe/canva & ideally worked with Hubspot previously.

You will have the ability to demonstrate a hands-on approach and be someone who wants to be part of and instrumental to the growth of the business and its work culture.

You will be aneffective decision maker with excellent influencing skills, who is looking to constantly improve systems and processes and developing strategies.
