We're looking for an Operations Executive to manage the delivery of our customer's trips, from booking confirmation to homecoming.

As our Ops Exec, you'll be responsible for coordinating and delivering our trips once booked, from buying tickets and passes (or commissioning them from our expert bookers) to finalising Journey Guides and calling hotels.

You'll be fantastic at project management at scale, working through a pipeline of tasks to get trips ready for departure and reacting to pre
- and post-trip disruption, collaborating with our Routing team for more complex fixes and with our Customer Support and Concierge teams for customer communications.


Your role

  • Coordinate the logistics of our flightfree trips:
  • Work closely with our team of expert bookers to secure tickets and passes, and liaise with accommodation partners to finalise bookings and special requests
  • Prepare comprehensive Journey Guides that enrich our customers' travel experiences
  • Perform thorough predeparture checks and provide a clear handover to the In-Trip Support team
  • Efficiently manage and resolve operational issues (like disruptions) that arise before, during, or after trips, delighting customers with prompt, high quality resolutions
  • Line manage and coach seasonal interns working across our operations and routing teams and assist with resource planning and scheduling
  • Work with our product, transformation and technology teams to identify areas to improve quality and/or efficiency; commission and sign off product and tooling improvements

Qualifications What we're looking for**- Strong operational skills and experience, with a demonstrated ability to confidently work through a pipeline of tasks and deliver great results to time and budget

  • A track record of improving processes, managing multiple concurrent projects and maintaining quality and accuracy under pressure
  • Crisis management experience with an ability to navigate challenges with composure
  • An extraordinary eye for detail with quick thinking, agility and creativity in problem solving
  • A collaborative spirit with strong communication skills and clear documentation
  • The ability to leverage technology to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the customer experience
  • Leadership qualities, with experience in mentoring or coaching team members, fostering an environment of growth and development

Additional Information What we offer**- £27,000-£31,000 p.a. depending on experience
