FRS are recruiting a Senior Payroll Administrator vacancy for a nationally recognised business.Reporting into the CFO & working as part of a small finance team, you"ll be the go-to for anyone within the business regarding payroll queries.
Duties Will Include:
- The production of accurate and timely inhouse payroll
- Extracting a number of client monthly payrolls from excel into Sage
- Deducting tax and national insurance contributions
- Processing holiday, SSP, SMP, SPP and expenses
- P45, P11D, P60 and year end responsibilities
- Actioning pension plans
- Query resolution
- Payroll Journal processing
- Process agency invoices
- Reconciling agency statements
- Assign agency PO numbers
- Complete the GAP report
- Uniform Leaver/recharges
- Input payroll journals
- Up to £35k basic salary
