Full Time | Permanent | 37.5 hours per week | 8am to 4pm
Are you looking for a permanent opportunity in administration?

Do you have good customer service and IT skills, including use of various Microsoft packages?


Attega Group is currently working exclusively with our trusted client who are an experienced solutions provider with over 43 years' experience in their industry who are looking for a strong
Administrator to join their team.


This role will involve carrying out a variety of general office duties, supporting the team with all administrative responsibilities including raising purchase orders.

In return, our client is offering a basic salary of
up to £22,000 P/A and various company benefits including 21 days annual leave, rising to 25 days with length of service + bank holidays, plus more

This is a 37.5-hour contract working Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.

Duties for this role will include:

  • Answering incoming calls and allocating enquiries,
  • Inputting data and maintaining company records,
  • Allocating enquiries and 'jobs' to engineers,
  • Processing information for reporting,


You will also need to be computer literate, familiar with various Microsoft packages and have a polite and confident telephone manner.


As a person, you will need to possess a helpful nature and be a naturally organised person with good problem-solving skills.
