Due to continued business growth, we have a new opportunity for a Contract Executive to join our team in one of the offices across the UK, to facilitate the effective scheduling of jobs and engineers, to ensure efficient completion of work.

Your key responsibilities are:

Creating and constant review of Client Performance Review document
Creating of quotes within Epic to defined parameters per client
Creating of orders and locations, assets and tasks within Epic for accepted quotes
Assist in production of reports as required
Where necessary supports clients by answering inquiries and ensures clients are kept up to date on progress

Required Skills:

Build strong relationships with Contract Managers working closely on retention, upselling and cross selling of clients
Build good relationships with all teams within the department
Ensures timely and accurate relay of messages to relevant individuals
Able to prioritise multiple and varied challenging situations
Able to work to deadlines and multitask
Willingness to help; assist other team members as required
