Three Rivers Construction LTD

is looking for self employed experienced carpenter/ multi trader who can undertake a variety trades.

you must have your own tools and transport.

We work mainly on private residential sites usually constructing extension for private homeowners.


We're a new however fast growing company, looking to have a team of 5-6 dedicated trades by the end of the year.


there will be opportunities to grow, run your own site with mínimal supervision, company vehicle, company days out, Christmas bonus.

we're fairly laid back as-long as you put in the work, sometimes you'll be required to work later, sometimes you'll have a bit of a early finish but still paid for the full day, all we ask is to work hard, truthful, upfront and loyal

by the end of 2025 we're looking to introduce the last Friday of every other month off (PAID) as a incentive to boost morale and give more of our employees or dedicated subcontractors extra time with friends and family by end of 2026 we're looking to Give our employee the last Friday of every month off (PAID)


To be eligible for this role you must have some experience in a variety of the following, And live in the bristol area.

Bricklaying

Reading plans

Installing steels

Digging/pouring foundations

Groundwork's

carpentry 1st fix

Plumbing

Roofing

Transport


Pay:
£16.00-£21.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
