Job Overview:
Duties:
- Conduct property viewings for potential buyers or tenants
- Liaise with property owners, buyers, tenants, and solicitors
- Market properties through various channels
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of the real estate market trends
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Qualifications:
- Estate agency experience preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues
- Multilingual abilities are a plus to cater to diverse clientele
- Administrative skills to handle contracts, agreements, and documentation efficiently
- Organisational skills to manage multiple property listings and client interactions
Pay:
£30,000.00 per year
