- Own the product roadmap for key partner platforms (e.g. Shopify, Algolia, Yotpo, Okendo, Klaviyo) and plugins, integrations, and internal feature enablement across these tools
- Define priorities based on trading impact, client needs, scalability, and internal efficiency
- Translate business and trading requirements into clear product requirements and specifications
- Localised's internal expert on ecommerce trading best practices and tooling usage
- Work closely with Trading, Client Success, and Technology teams to ensure Shopify and partner platforms are being used correctly, consistently, and effectively
- Establish best-practice workflows, configurations, and standards for ecommerce management across clients
- Support trading initiatives aimed at improving conversion rate, AOV, merchandising effectiveness, and on-site performance
- Identify gaps in tooling, configuration, or capability that limit trading performance
- Drive internal adoption of new features, tools, and processes through documentation, training, and enablement
- Gather requirements from internal teams and clients on new features, enhancements, or partner capabilities
- Work with external partners and vendors to influence roadmaps and evaluate new solutions
- Assess, onboard, and rationalise ecommerce tools and plugins to ensure a best-in-class, maintainable stack
- Measure the impact of tooling and feature changes on trading and conversion performance
- Use data and insights to iterate on product decisions and priorities
- Continuously improve how Localised enables ecommerce trading at scale across multiple markets and clients
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, Ecommerce Manager, Trading Manager, or similar role
- Hands‑on experience managing multi‑market or international ecommerce ecommerce sites on Shopify, and working with platforms such as Algolia, Yotpo, Okendo, Klaviyo, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of ecommerce trading disciplines (merchandising, CRO, onsite optimisation, promotions)
- Ability to translate commercial and trading needs into structured product requirements
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Familiarity with headless or composable commerce concepts - Experience working in a SaaS or ecommerce technology company

We're looking for a Product Manager – Ecommerce Tooling & Trading. You will sit within our Product team and act as the companys authority on ecommerce management tooling and ecommerce trading disciplines. You will own the product vision and roadmap for the platforms, partners, plugins, and features that underpin how our Trading and Client teams operate day-to-day. This role bridges product management, ecommerce operations, and trading performance. You will ensure our internal teams are using internal and key partner platforms like Shopify, Klaviyo, Yotpo, Okendo and Algolia effectively, while identifying and prioritising new capabilities that drive conversion rate optimisation, revenue performance, and operational excellence for our clients.
