An opportunity has become available for an assistant to join one of our operations teams based in Felixstowe.

You will be working within either in our Import, Export or EU departments all of which are friendly and supportive with lots of opportunities to progress, all we ask is that you have a great personality be enthusiastic and keen to develop.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring safe and effective Customs Clearance as cover Operations.
Accurate production of operational documentation
Assisting the operations team to raise bookings for all customers
Assisting the operations team for passing of supplier and sales invoices
Cover forecasting
Schedules and shipment tracking
Transport booking

Skills Knowledge and Expertise:

Maintain and build good working relationship with all customers
Adapt a professional manner always displaying a positive attitude
Competent with MS Office
Excellent attention to detail
Driven and selfmotivated
Proactive problemsolving capability
Being Flexible and adaptable
Ability to work to deadlines, meet targets and remain calm under pressure
Be a proven Team Player
Good time keeping
