Join us as a Senior Business Analyst

What you'll do

Inspire is the NWM suite of Tableau dashboards, with enhanced functionality to collate and track service performance, resilience, risk and incident reporting in one place for service recipients.

In addition, you'll build out Inspire functionality through enhanced reporting and controls to enable NWM to demonstrate oversight and the control of internal and external services.

As well as this, you'll manage the analysis of cross-franchise and pan-grouprequirements.

You'll also:

  • Facilitate and run workshops with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements
  • Identify and support cutover and implementation tasks and provide regular verbal and written updates to senior stakeholders at governance meetings
  • Trace and link business requirements to future state design and perform solution demonstrations to senior stakeholders to support the approval process
  • Work closely with colleagues in Data and Analytics to enhance existing and new Tableau dashboards that support NWM's regulatory commitments
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing and support business users in executing the user acceptance testing

The skills you'll need
You'll need to hold an appropriate business analyst certification, such as BAX, CPRE and CBAP. Additionally, you'll have an analytical mindset, with great organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your work.

An understanding of the front-to-back trade life cycles, experience of implementing management information projects and knowledge of how to work with Tableau technology would be advantageous.


You'll also need:

  • A background of delivering business analysis in a technology or IT function
  • Excellent verbal and written and stakeholder management skills
