About the Team


The Change Cluster is made up of three key areas - Supply Chain and Operations, Change Managed Capacity and Change Managed Services.

We provide hands-on delivery capability, backed-up by tried and tested technology, methodologies and infrastructure to assistclients with their projects and programmes using a model that is cost effective and scalable.


Skills and Experience

  • Understand the principles, tools, techniques, concepts and practices of change management methodologies.
  • Experience working with and delivering for multi disciplinary teams. A strong, all rounded creative communicator with a flair for generating multimedia content which resonates across a range of mediums and levels to ensure adoption.
  • You will have a track record of engaging with stakeholders across a range of levels and developing those relationships. You will also have experience in delivering virtual and or/ Face to face training or coaching programmes.
  • Excellent project planning skills and experience of using project management and planning tools such as MS-Project. Good knowledge of the Google Workspace (formally GSuite), and able to demonstrate a high proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint.

Role description and responsibilities
We are looking to recruit People Change professionals across a range of levels to join our team.

The individuals will be highly motivated and driven with excellent creative content communication skills, stakeholder management experience and great organisationalskills.

Key Responsibilities will include;

  • Working collaboratively with our Advisory colleagues to support the overall Change Management delivery plans.
  • Supporting the development and production of online and offline collateral relevant to the change programme capabilities, including creative communications and training content.
  • Planning and supporting the facilitation of stakeholder workshops (face to face and virtual tech demonstrations).
  • Support the ongoing delivery of communication and engagement activities.
  • Support the activation and management of Change Networks.
  • Support the delivery of training and coaching programmes, including developing a repository of interactive, experiential training materials.
  • Defining success metrics and providing insights and reports to project teams.
  • Using targeted data to help define readiness and prepare stakeholders for change.
  • Contribute to the reporting and providing insights on programmes, including adoption levels.
