We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced
Sales Coordinator to join the bott team.

This role will be based at our vehicle conversions site in Cumbernauld but will work closely with the Sales and Logistics teams based from our Ashby De La Zouch, and Bude offices.

The main responsibilities are as follows;

  • Make telephone contacts on an outbound and incoming basis to Bott's existing or potential customers in order to secure profitable business.
  • Consult and then ascertain, new and existing customers' requirements. Feeding back findings to the technical design team.
  • Prepare and maintain all paper or screenbased records and filing system in an accurate and timely fashion.
  • Working closely with our sales managers, providing support and guidance to each other arranging appointments and day to day activities. This will increase the amount of business and profitability.
  • Communicate with other departments when appropriate so that the orders are processed as efficiently as possible.
  • Be constantly aware of the cost implications of serving accounts.
  • Be proactive in suggesting ways to improve the business and service the customers. Ensure that maximum margins are obtained from all sales.
  • Complete all reports, statistics or forms required by the company on time, accurately and comprehensively.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, including targeting new business
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fastpaced environment
  • Good PC skills including MS Excel, Word and, CRM system and ideally SAP (not essential)

Hours of Work:

37 hours per week - Monday - Thursday 09:00 - 17:00 / Friday 09:00 - 16:30

£22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
