Job Details
My client is a specialist firm renowned for their expertise in consultation and business management for law firms they are now looking for a collaborative and reliable HR Assistant to join their fast-paced London office.
Reporting to the Director and the Senior Recruitment Associate, the responsibilities for the HR Assistant will be varied including a range of operational duties to ensure that tasks are performed in a timely and organised fashion.
The key duties will include:
- Assisting with and overseeing the management of multiple HR inboxes.
- Coordinating various cyclical HR operational processes, such as onboarding, offboarding, benefits and payroll.
- Maintaining and updating HR databases and trackers.
- Supporting clients' visa processes both in the UK and overseas.
- Supporting the Director and Partners on any remuneration reviews, bonus and promotion processes.
