We are looking for experienced and committed Healthcare Assistants with an interactive approach, who are eager to enhance their skills in the complex care sector.

While prior complex care experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement as full bespoke clinical training will be provided.


You will need to be passionate about delivering the highest quality care to our service users, building positive relationships with them and their family whilst empowering them to live as independently as possible within the comfort of their own home.


Meet our service user


Our service user is a selfless gentleman in his 40s who lives at home with his loving wife in Bolton and requires support on a 1:1 basis throughout the day to support his complex care needs.

He has a great sense of humour and loves the banter with his care team. He enjoys all things sports related and is a big fan of cricket and football, especially Manchester City.


A key aspect of this role involves promoting our service user's independence and assisting him in enjoying his hobbies, interests and accessing his favourite social activities.

This includes, socialising with her friends, spending quality time with his wife and family and sitting out in the garden enjoying the sunshine when he can.


Your role will be to assist him with his day-to-day routine, companionship and meeting his clinical and social care needs.

This will include supporting with his personal care, moving, and handling and attending to his clinical care needs when required.


Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team

We are looking for our care team to be pet friendly as he does have a pet cat at home

To be successful in this role it is essential that you have experience with the following:

  • 3 months previous care experience
  • Medication Administration
  • Personal Care
  • Moving and Handling

Experience working with the following clinical needs is desirable, however is not essential to be considered for this role:

  • Motor Neurone Disease
  • PEG Feeding
  • Noneinvasive ventilation
  • Cough Assist experience

We have the following shifts available;

  • Part Time Days
  • 2 shifts per week
  • 8:00am 5:30pm
  • This position will include alternative weekends

Take a look at our pay rates

Weekdays:
£12.00 per hour (Approx. £114 per 9.5-hour shift)

Saturdays:
£13.00 per hour (Approx. £110.50 per 8.5-hour shift)

Sundays:
£13.50 per hour (Approx. £114.75 per 8.5-hour shift)

Bank Holidays:
£17.50 per hour (Approx. £166.25 per 9.5-hour shift)
