The Position:

A fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our B2B marketing team for Bank & Vogue and BVH
Services working alongside the Global Marketing Specialist and reporting into the Global Marketing Director. Supporting the
marketing team's requirements, your time will be split roughly 50:50 but flexible depending on individual requirements. You will
require an attention to detail and well organized approach. The role will have a strong focus supporting the team in planning,
research and promoting our businesses within the industry. Creativity combined with a keen interest in the circular economy will be
used to deliver marketing initiatives for both arms of the organization that support the vision and growth of the company services
and products.
You will be required to coordinate and communicate effectively to all key stakeholders for projects you are working on and working
alongside the wider internal teams to deliver a connected global comms strategy. Proficiency in graphics, web advertising, social media
and web development is a must.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist in building a social media comms plan for LinkedIn and Instagram for both BV and BVH
Services.

  • Create content and schedule content for social media.
  • Support the external marketing agencies to achieve their KPIs through supplying key information and
data or connecting them with the right team member.

  • Create weekly and monthly reports on the progress for all digital channels including Google Analytics, Facebook,
  • Support the business requirements to create Facebook ads that support Lead Generation
  • Write blogs to support the SEO content requirements for the site alongside the digital agency guidance.
  • Create market research for the latest B2B trends for LinkedIn with a focus on the circular economy, values, statistics
and the team. Identifying new opportunities in comms and emerging technologies.

  • Prepare marketing materials and presentations to support both BVH/BVL needs.
  • Update the website for both BVH and BVL with any new content or imagery requested
  • Assist the wider team requirements for conferences.
  • Work with the Global PR agency to provide any information or imagery required for both BVL and
BVH.

  • Work with the Global team on any cross promotional comms and the global press report.
  • Collaborate with internal global team members to support the wider business marketing and
communications objectives.

  • Excellent command of English both written and spoken.
  • Working knowledge of Spanish is an asset.
  • Education & Requirements: Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications or Journalism.
  • Experience writing blog content
  • Understanding and knowledge in how to use WordPress, Canva and Microsoft Office.
  • Highly organized with excellent timemanagement skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
  • Strong interpersonal and teambuilding skills/ability to work on a small team.
  • Flexible (i.e. willing to take on a variety of projects to meet the needs of the company).
  • Creative, innovative Selfstarter who enjoys and seeks opportunities to learn new skills and processes.
  • Ability to deliver a clear, concise message for a target audience (in writing, verbally and through graphic design).
  • Ability to solve problems, spot inefficiencies and think critically.
