Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN):

Are you a passionate and dedicated RMN looking for a temporary opportunity to make a difference in mental health care? If so, this role at Lynfield Mount Hospital with Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust could be the perfect fit for you.

As a Band 5 RMN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to patients with mental health conditions.

You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and deliver individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Located in Bradford, West Yorkshire, Lynfield Mount Hospital is a leading mental health facility that provides a range of specialist services to patients in the local community.

This temporary position will start on 11/04/2024 and end on 11/04/2024, with shifts running from 07:30:00 to 20:00:00.

For your hard work and dedication, you will receive a competitive payment rate of £225 per shift, paid through an umbrella company.

This rate reflects the importance of your role in delivering high-quality care to some of the most vulnerable members of our community.

As a Band 5 RMN, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Assessing and monitoring the mental health of patients
Developing and implementing individual care plans
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
Supporting patients in their recovery and rehabilitation
Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a valid NMC registration as an RMN and a passion for providing high-quality care to patients with mental health conditions.

You will need to have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

In addition, you will need to have a flexible approach to work, as the nature of mental health care means that no two days are the same.

You will need to be able to adapt to changing circumstances and provide a high standard of care at all times.
