  • The Role:
  • Process Invoices and Credit notes in line with SLAs and adhering to statutory requirements, VAT requirements and any special country processing requirements
  • Monitor T&E expense process
  • Assist T&E reporting and queries and deliver SLA targets
  • Maintain and follow operating procedures in line with SOX requirements
  • Monitor the expense process, ensure timely processing of employee expense reports
  • The Person:
  • 1 year PQE in a PtP role within a multinational corporation
  • Experience with SAP S/4 HANA or PtP/Treasury ERP software
  • Good track record of system expertise and process improvements
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Ability to handle a high volume of work, demonstrating excellent administration skills and attention to detail
  • Aptitude for building relationships, influencing upwards and laterally, taking ownership of tasks, and keeping colleagues informed of progress.
  • High level of commercial acumen
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA
