Classic Car Mechanic

Ramsgate

£15 - £17.50 per hour

Monday to Friday

Full Time Position

We have partnered with a workshop based in Ramsgate who specialize in Jaguar but also restore any classic car from the 1940s - late 1990's with the occasional modern car coming in for a service or minor repair.

Responsibilities:

Perform repairs and maintenance on classic cars, including engine work, transmission repairs, and electrical systems
Use diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues with classic cars
Communicate with customers to explain repair recommendations and provide estimates
Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance work
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Follow all safety protocols and wear protective gear as required

Qualifications:

35 years of experience as a Mechanic, with significant experience working on classic cars
Strong knowledge of classic car mechanics, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problemsolving and communication skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
