Responsibilities:
- Welding of hydraulic cylinder rods/tubes using MIG welding techniques
- Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform quality checks to ensure welds meet required standards and specifications
- Use hand tools, power tools, and other test equipment to complete assigned tasks in the fitting department when stripping/reassembling hydraulic cylinders
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute welding/fitting projects
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Welder/Fitter or similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of codes and standards related to welding
- Proficiency in welding techniques
- MIG welding
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce highquality welds
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary:
£15.00-£16.00 per hour
