    Purpose of the Role:
    The Senior Social Strategist is responsible for leading the development and execution of innovative, insight-driven social media strategies for our clients. This role requires a blend of creative thinking, analytical skills, and deep knowledge of the evolving social landscape. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners to deliver measurable results and elevate brand presence across social channels.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and lead multi-channel social media strategies that align with client objectives and brand voice.
    • Translate insights, trends, and analytics into actionable recommendations and creative campaigns.
    • Oversee content planning, creation, and publishing across all relevant social platforms.
    • Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
    • Manage social media budgets, paid campaigns, and influencer partnerships to maximize ROI.
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing strategic recommendations for optimization.
    • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure clients remain at the forefront of social innovation.
    • Act as a senior client contact, presenting strategies, campaign results, and thought leadership.
    • Collaborate with creative, PR, and digital teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions.

    About You:

    • 5+ years of experience in social media strategy, preferably in an agency environment.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social campaigns for major brands.
    • Expertise in social analytics, paid social, influencer marketing, and content strategy.
    • Strong client management and presentation skills.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
    • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
