Work for a large retail business, you will be joining the performance marketing team to look after SEO across their group of brands. Reporting to the Head of Paid Media, this role will see you deliver key SEO strategies across the group being the go-to SEO Specialist.

This role will see you working 2 days a week in the office across both their offices in Kings Cross and also SW London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help to develop and deliver a 3year SEO strategy in line with company KPIs and overall business and marketing goals
- Maintain positive KPI trends and determine monthly, quarterly and annual targets and budgets
- Work collaboratively with the ecommerce trading, brand marketing and communications and creative teams to implement a content creation and distribution process based on search opportunities and business goals
- Work collaboratively with the web development team to develop the organic search tech roadmap to ensure the website is fully optimised from a technical perspective
- Be the company evangelist for SEO, championing best practices for SEO across different company departments e.g. technical, content, PR, copy etc.
- Devise and manage the right level of reporting to drive companywide understanding of SEO leading to appropriate business action
Technical and specialist skills required:
- Experience managing SEO performance from both a content (onsite and offsite) and technical standpoint either inhouse or agency side
- Experience working with SEO tools including or equivalent to deepcrawl, Ahrefs, SEMRush, PI Datametrics, Google Search Console
- Previous handson experience auditing onsite and offsite factors to create SEO strategies
