Job Summary
- to-day marketing admin tasks that the brand requires as it undergoes a period of rapid growth.


The role would particularly suit someone who has completed a Digital Marketing or Social Media qualification with some in-house experience.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Brompton Marketing Managers in a diverse range of Marketing activities as and when required including:

1) Social Media:

  • Manage and grow Brompton's social media presence in accordance with an established communications plan and social media guidelines, using a social media management platform
  • Produce a content plan for Social Media efforts in collaboration with the Marketing Managers. Write & schedule posts
  • Social listening to track, analyse and respond appropriately to comments and engagement across all social media platforms
  • Work with the senior Marketing team to produce monthly website and social media reports using Google Analytics and the relevant social channels, and any other pertinent web analytics software
  • Promote PR/blogs on all social media platforms accordingly
  • Act as a brand ambassador to promote Brompton through digital channels both internally and externally

2) Digital & Website:

  • Support the creation of content for our website as required, and help maintain the website in conjunction with the Marketing Managers
  • Create digital paid for ad campaigns, track results and provide insight and recommendations
  • Keep up to date with current bestpractice for digital marketing
  • Research new online media opportunities that may be of benefit to Brompton

3) General:

  • Work with the Marketing Managers on a variety of marketing administration tasks to keep department running smoothly, including updating project & campaign spreadsheets, maintaining filing systems (Sharepoint), keeping meeting minutes, raising Purchase Orders & managing invoices and payments, providing insight into PR coverage received etc.
  • Help research bestfit suppliers (e.g printers, photographers, merchandise) if required, and place orders with necessary Purchase Orders as appropriate
  • Help manage relationships with sales teams at publishing houses with regards to advertisement schedules, ensuring assets are sent in a timely manner and managing the 'proof of delivery' process

Essential Qualifications

  • Digital Marketing or Communications Graduate (2:1 or higher) or equivalent with at least 2 years previous experience either inhouse or with a marketing agency preferably in the B2B sector
  • Experience in social listening and managing corporate social media accounts
  • Highly competent with WordPress and Social Media Management Tools
  • Good experience of Microsoft office and the Adobe Suite, in particular InDesign
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics tools e.g., Google Analytics
  • Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English, preferably a confident writer
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Good organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking

Desirable Extras

  • Knowledge or experience of LED video, or live event production or a related industry
  • Working knowledge of HTML
  • Experience in setting up and optimising PPC campaigns on all major search engines

Job Types:

Salary:
£25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
