Position:
Match Day Hospitality Retail Assistant

Location:
Etihad Stadium, Manchester

Schedule:
All Manchester City Home Matchdays and additional events

Role Overview:

As a Match Day Hospitality Retail Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our esteemed VIP guests at the Etihad Stadium.

Your responsibilities will include:

Warmly welcoming and providing support to VIP guests within the hospitality section of the stadium.
Ensuring the highest standard of customer service is delivered to our VIP guests.
Offering prompt clickandcollect services as required.

This position requires well-presented, adaptable individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Full training will be provided; however, prior retail experience and a genuine interest in football are desirable.

Key Details:

Availability required for all home games during the 2023/2024 season (approximately 30 home matches)
This is not negotiable.
Occasional weekday and weekend availability for key events throughout the year.

Requirements:

Provide firstclass customer service to all guests in the stadium lounges and boxes.
Display enthusiasm and high energy levels.
Excellent communication skills to engage professionally and amicably with premium clientele.
Maintain consistent attention to detail and deliver exceptional customer service even in highpressure situations.
Always present a professional appearance, suitable for a stadium work environment.
Demonstrate dedication and commitment to working as many home matchday fixtures at the MCFC store as possible.
Engage with fans during shifts, ensuring a memorable experience within the stadium.
