Our client have grown both organically and through acquisitions and they continue to expand.This growth has resulted in the creation of an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join the Ashford team.
If you have strong administrative experience, along with confidence, and you are highly organised and proactive, then this could be the ideal opportunity for you
With working hours of Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm, you will be working as part of a small team, where you will have complete responsibility for the office administration.
Responsibilities include:
- Chase and review service engineers timesheets
- Collate weekly job sheets, filing electronically and liaising with head office.
- Communicate works resource for the service team, working with the service manager and communicating with engineers
- Assist service & project team with invoicing schedules and drafts to be sent to head office
- Assistance with service & maintenance files electronic files
- Set up new electronic Projects. Produce hard copy of files for project manager. Include hard copy of site Health & Safety file
- Ordering parts
- Assist service / project manager with procurement of items as required.
- Capital Plant Progress of Build & Delivery
- Once capital plant items have been ordered track procurement of goods through to delivery, capital plant
- Assist project manager with warranty control during warranty period
- Ordering replacement components
- Once parts are ordered the regional service operation shall be notified of the delivery date
- Answer all incoming calls
- Order and maintain department stationery
- Keep a log of location of tools held equipment
- Binding, PDFs and sending of Sales Tenders
- Hire and offhire equipment for service / contracts team members as requested
- Put together H&S manuals for contracts team members site manuals
- Put together, with liaison with contracts team members, site manuals
- Make travel arrangements for contracts team and some external staff as requested and deal with invoices for this travel

Salary:
£22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
