We are currently seeking a dynamic and talented Commercial Law Graduate to join our esteemed legal team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law graduate who is passionate about commercial law and eager to gain practical experience in a professional setting.

As a Commercial Law Graduate, you will work closely with experienced attorneys and professionals, assisting them in various aspects of commercial law practice.

Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and analysis on commercial law matters
Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents
Assist in due diligence investigations and contract negotiations
Provide legal support in mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, and compliance matters
Attend meetings with clients and assist in providing legal advice
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure legal compliance
Stay updated with changes in commercial law and regulations
Assist in managing legal documentation and maintaining accurate records

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need Bachelor's degree in Law and a strong academic record, ideally with a focus in commercial law.

In addition, you will also demonstrate;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Analytical mindset and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in legal research tools and computer software
Prior internship or work experience in commercial law is preferred
Adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality
