What you'll do


In collaboration with the Director of Production, the Production Strategist will build and manage flawless service delivery models that allow Lilt to offer supreme service to our customers and optimize our revenue and profit margins.

Strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and cross-functional groups to discuss and manage potential areas of conflict, seek alignment on business needs using data (such as ROI calcs) to achieve faster, smoother and more efficient service delivery roll-out.


This position will be based out of our London office and employees will be expected to come into the office in a hybrid capacity.

This position is not fully remote.

If you are not located in the hub for the role, relocation is required prior to their start date and offer will be contingent on relocation.

We do not offer relocation assistance.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Oversee the production Managers aligned to their accounts, manage their capacity, performance, training and development, timeoff etc to ensure optimal performance and business continuity.
  • Each production Strategist will work towards fulfilling a portfolio of $3$5 million in revenue.
  • Consult and work closely with a range of customers to understand their business needs and align Lilt's SLAs and KPIs to measure, achieve and exceed these. Extensive reporting and analytical capabilities to monitor and control performance against KPIs SLAs, evaluating trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to perform business optimization within our key dependency groups: Product, Engineering/Solutions, & Support. Solutions and Engineering partner strong technical empathy and understanding of the technical implications of product choices. Product partner strong understanding of our product and ability to identify product needs increase profit margins. Support Partner understands the reasons behind support tickets and collaborates to reduce ticket entries and increase knowledge sharing.
  • New Customer Implementation precise planning, with robust risk analysis to recognize TCV in the optimal timelines, while maintaining quality of service delivery and adherence to SLAs.
  • Collaborate with dependent groups to mitigate risks with customers: Sales partner strong customer communication skills and ability to both solicit feedback and present the product strategy to customers. Identifying factors impacting performance of the production team, creating remediation plans to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement actions to meet required service delivery standards.
  • Contributes to meeting and improving overall production team KPIS, such as tracking budgets for the different areas of production COGS and monitor and control gross margins
  • Minimum B.S. or B.A.
  • Experience with designing, implementing and managing largescale enterprise continuous localization programs.
  • Experience driving sales and growth through scoping and quoting a variety of localization production for potential customers, across an extensive range of service lines and offerings.
  • Proven capabilities of building implementation plans with input from crossfunctional teams, including scheduling key milestones, ensure these are adhered to.
  • Has sufficient experience to be able to predict risks factors which might impact service delivery and implement mitigating actions to prevent/minimize issues
  • Proven management and control of performance (using data and reporting) for large enterprise customers from a service level agreement, continuous improvement standpoint, delivering operational excellence as a result.
