Main Purpose:


  • To assist the Head Teacher in developing and leading the school to achieve a Good Ofsted judgement
  • To work alongside the Head Teacher and senior leadership team to ensure that all Independent School Standards are met
  • To work alongside the Head Teacher and senior leadership team to develop and improve each pupils' school experience
  • To lead the improvement of pupil attendance, keeping them safe and supporting their well being
  • To provide unconditional care, nurture and support for each pupil

Salary £37,025 - £43,395 per annum dependent on qualifications and experience.
