Main Purpose:

To assist the Head Teacher in developing and leading the school to achieve a Good Ofsted judgement
To work alongside the Head Teacher and senior leadership team to ensure that all Independent School Standards are met
To work alongside the Head Teacher and senior leadership team to develop and improve each pupils' school experience
To lead the improvement of pupil attendance, keeping them safe and supporting their well being
To provide unconditional care, nurture and support for each pupil

Salary £37,025 - £43,395 per annum dependent on qualifications and experience.
