Description
Responsibilities:
- Processing and management of customer orders
- Maintaining accurate customer information
- Ownership of customer issues and coordination with relevant parties to enable fast and rightfirsttime resolutions
- Log Warranty Returns as they are received
- Provide sales order support for Warranty Returns
- Maintenance of Customer Service records and logs as appropriate
Requirements:
- Preferably 3 years of administration experience in a Customer Service role
- Possess an analytical mind and takes a proactive approach to problemsolving
- Confident decisionmaker and implementer
- Highly customerfocused, an excellent communicator
- Comfortable working in an agile, collaborative team environment
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
