Description

Responsibilities:


  • Processing and management of customer orders
  • Maintaining accurate customer information
  • Ownership of customer issues and coordination with relevant parties to enable fast and rightfirsttime resolutions
  • Log Warranty Returns as they are received
  • Provide sales order support for Warranty Returns
  • Maintenance of Customer Service records and logs as appropriate

Requirements:


  • Preferably 3 years of administration experience in a Customer Service role
  • Possess an analytical mind and takes a proactive approach to problemsolving
  • Confident decisionmaker and implementer
  • Highly customerfocused, an excellent communicator
  • Comfortable working in an agile, collaborative team environment
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
