Responsibilities:

• Manage financial transactions, including sales and purchase ledgers
• Prepare and analyse financial reports, such as balance sheets, profit and loss accounts and cash flow statements
• Monitor and reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Collation of wage information and commission
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data and provide support for decisionmaking processes
• Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records
• Completing and Submitting VAT Returns
• Preparing Draft Year End Accounts

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in financial administration or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
