We are currently seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented patient liaison to join our team in our brand new, state of the art clinic, The Row Dental.

You will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the clinic.

Your role will involve managing patient appointments, handling inquiries, maintaining patient records, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome patients in a warm and professional manner
Schedule and manage patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of dental office resources
Maintain patient records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
Coordinate with all staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient clinic operations
Handle patient concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

Experience in Front of House / Hospitality Role
Dental experience is preferable but not compulsory
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is preferred
Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a fastpaced environment
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient records and administrative tasks
Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively with dental staff
