Working as part of the team at AIC Financial Ltd, who are an Authorised Representative of Quilter Financial Planning and Quilter Mortgage Planning Ltd.
Due to expansion, a need for a Financial Services Administrator has arisen. AIC Financial Ltd is a small Financial Planning Practice that has been established since 2007.

Our areas of advice include Pensions, Investments, Mortgages and Protection.

AIC Financial Ltd is a member of Quilter, who are a FTSE listed company.

This Practice is well established and highly successful with four full Financial Planners along side one Mortgage broker and General Insurance broker.

Duties (include but are not limited to):

• Providing Administrative support to Financial Advisers and occasionally Paraplanners, which will include obtaining information, valuations, quotes, illustrations and product details for analysis.
• Ensure all correspondence and documents are produced to high compliant standards
• General office administration including answering the phone.
• Managing your own diary and ensure all data entry is accurate and completed within specified timelines

Person Specification:

• Administration experience ideal but not essential
• Someone who is confident in speaking to customers and third parties and can work with total discretion.
• You will be required to keep uptodate with technical, legislation, product and provider changes.
• A UK driving license is ideal due to the location
