Service Administrator - Uttoxeter Area

Vacancy - Service Administrator
My client are looking to grow their team for a Service Administrator for their expanding workshop.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all administrative tasks related to vehicle servicing, including scheduling appointments, coordinating with mechanics, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate closely with our team of mechanics to ensure timely completion of service jobs and efficient allocation of resources.
  • Handle billing and invoicing processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Uphold compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in an automotive or similar industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customerfocused approach.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to be a team player.
