Client:
Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a large Public Sector Organisation in Surrey who are looking to recruit a Finance Manager on a initial 6 month interim contract.
Key responsibilities include;
- Provide financial advice to nonfinance staff driving efficiencies
- Prepare annual budgets and proactively review budget statements to present into senior management
- Assist with Cost Improvement Programmes and provide commentary on the financial position
- Produce accurate forecasts of the yearend financial position and review accruals in conjunction with budget holders
- Investigate variances, and produce monthly budget statements
- Contributing to strategic financial plans with divisional leads
- Strong excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience within the public sector
