Description
Our client is a reputable and well established organisation with offices in central
Oxford. They have a new part time permanent requirement within their Finance
team for a Finance Officer.

Reporting into the Finance Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Administering the payroll/pensions and staff contracts for the
organisation.

  • Purchase and sales ledger preparation.
  • Debtor management.
  • Control account reconciliations (for example, pensions, PAYE, NI).
  • Bank reconciliations.
  • General daytoday financial admin, including supporting the preparation
- of budgets and accounts.
  • Liaising with staff and parents as appropriate to resolve queries.
excellent attention to detail, possess good communication skills, be able to work to
deadlines and have good systems skills, in particular Excel.

On offer is a salary of 27-32k pro rata (depending on experience), plus good benefits
and flexible working hours across 3-4 days a week.
