Position Description

This position will work in tandem with a market leading technology organisation to evolve is current cloud proposition.

We are looking for a Microsoft Service Engineer to support service elements for the Private Cloud implementation, based on Microsoft Azure Stack Hub (MASH).

The role is primarily based at Corsham, although some other travel may be required, (eg regularly to Farnborough data centre in 2023)
Your future duties and responsibilities
The Microsoft Service Engineer will be responsible for the following;

Support a MASH (Azure Stack Hub)
Working within a talented service environment with support from wider delivery teams
On going support and development of the cloud infrastructure
Incident and Problem Resolution

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
The Microsoft Service Engineer will have attributes in the following;

Microsoft System Management Products
Service Delivery
Experience with a variation of the following: Server 2019, MS SCCM (MECM), MS Certificate Services, MS Active Directory
Excellent teamwork and communication
Customer Facing Skills (Incident and Problem Resolution)
Disaster Recovery / Black Start Processes
