MAIN PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE JOB:
Responsible for marketing, advertising and promotional activities. Takes steps to measure, enhance, and enrich the position and image of Kernow Coatings through various goals and objectives.

Development, Support and Implementation of Kernow's Marketing Program

QUALIFICATION / SKILLS REQUIRED:

• BA Hons in Marketing/ Business Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Marketing role, including experience of New Product launches and campaign material.
• Graphic Design knowledge preferred.
• A highlevel knowledge of MS Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign would be preferred
• Knowledge of print production desirable.
• A selfstarter, with great attention to detail and the ability to multitask

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee daytoday marketing communications, collaborating with remote teams and contractors.
• Copywriting and advert design: design & develop collaterals coordinating with R&D to gather and verify technical data.
• Drive marketing campaigns to bolster Kernow's brand presence and identity.
• Work with global sales team to support distributor partners with branding initiatives.
• Oversee new product launches and trade show organization.
• Coordinate marketing activities, maintain calendars, and manage CRM database.
• Manage and update website content and explore marketing opportunities with distribution networks.
• Develop global marketing strategies with executive team and staff.
• Create presentations for the global sales team.
• Sample room administration working with the Sample Room Co-Ordinator.
• Collaborate with sales and sourcing for strategic partnerships.
• Market trends analysis: Gather and analyse market trends, recommend business development strategy changes and develop push and pull promotional tactics based on customer insights.
• Media relations liaison: Manage media relations, deepen relationships with all media and engage consumers on social media, overseeing content production across platforms.

Salary:
£29,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
