Description

We are delighted to be working with a new client who are a growing high-speed Internet provider as they look to recruit a passionate Customer Service Advisors to join their Exeter based office.


As the first point of contact, the Customer Service Advisor role involves speaking with their existing customers; delivering an excellent, first-class customer experience throughout.


To be considered for this role you need to take initiative, be a clear and confident communicator with excellent telephony, typing skills and strong organisational skills.


Your main responsibility is to:


  • Carefully and accurately updating all systems to reflect customer status
  • Supporting the customer's experience from beginning to end
Monday to Friday; 8 hour shifts between the time of 08:00 to 20:00
1 IN 4 weekends; 09:00 - 17:00 (days off in lieu following week)
Full time on-site for the first 4 weeks

£23,000
