  • Portsmouth (Head Office)
    Salary:
- £23,000 (increase to £25,000 upon successful completion of the Training Academy)

  • OTE: Year 1 (£30,000), Year 2 (£50,000 £70,000), Year 3 (£80,000 £100,000)
    The role:
  • You will learn to source potential clients and grow your business via outbound sales
  • You will be writing, advertising and marketing vacancies via a variety of channels
  • You will learn how to negotiate Terms of Business with corporate clients
  • You will focus on your own personalised KPIs and financial target
  • You will have full control over your earning potential and career progression
