Castell Howell Foods is Wales' leading independent food service wholesaler, servicing the length and breadth of Wales, the Border Counties and the South West of England.
We currently have a vacancy for a full or part timeOrder Processor based at our Cross Hands depot.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls
- Call allocated customers for orders
- Ensure attention to detail when taking orders and inputting day of delivery and delivery run number
- Inform customers of product shortfalls and price increases and decreases
- Communicate with Drivers regarding problems with customer accounts
- Inform relevant Managers of problems with customer accounts i.e. complaints, grievance, poor quality or overall service
- Liaise with members of staff within Telesales with any information relating to their calls
- Take messages off answer machines for 6pm deadline and 8pm deadline.
- Work as part of a team and closely with Team Leaders
- Carry out general administrative duties as required
What are we looking for:
- A confident telephone manner and strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a busy team environment
- IT skills
