Description
The purpose of this role is to train, coach and develop sales agents within the Direct Sales team in order to improve performance, whilst measuring quality and compliance against a set framework.
How will I spend my time in this role?
- To drive the Direct Sales Team to achieve Business Targets through effective coaching both individual and team;
- Deliver comprehensive Coaching/training (Daily/weekly);
- Responsibility for the onboarding, training and competency of all new starters;
- Ensure the team is adhering to the QA framework by providing documented feedback, identifying trends and presenting to Key stakeholders;
- Update team on Industry & Internal changes;
- Recognize behaviors and training needs to support individuals in their continued development;
- Produce Evaluation activity, recommend and implement solutions for improvement;
- Design and deliver training programs;
- Creating personalized training plans.
What skills/experience do I need to be successful?
- Experience as a sales trainer/coach;
- Knowledge/interest of the SME Market within the Energy Industry;
- Proactive thinking towards improving both teams and production within them.
