Lead Salesforce Developer

£70,000-£90,000

Remote
A Financial Service Client of mine are looking for a Lead Salesforce Developer. You will have the opportunity to work on a range of Salesforce Clouds and communities, and have a large degree of ownership

The role:

  • You will be leading the Salesforce org and development of it
  • You will be addressing development issues and communicating with stakeholders and users to ensure they are updated and aware of new features and get any assistance they require.
  • Managing all security settings, completing regular configuration checks
  • Working to improve the CRM platform, creating a user friendly system to ensure customers have the best possible experience whilst ensuring the Salesforce Platform is optimised.

The requirements:

  • Extensive experience with Salesforce Development, particularly with Lightning, Apex Triggers and Custom Development
  • You will need to be able to build and configure to a high standard custom solutions using the Salesforce languages, Lightning Web Components, Aura, Apex, Visualforce, Javascript
  • Experience with SFDX / API's are highly desirable
  • The ability to work in a team environment and work with other Salesforce members in the organisation
This role is offered fully remote and will offer the opportunity to move into an Architect role further down the line
