Marketing Assistant/ Coordinator -:

London:

Role Responsibilities:

To undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the marketing and communication activities
Support the Marketing Coordinator with various marketing projects
Update CRM, spreadsheets, databases and inventories with client, project, personnel CV and events data
Assist with the organisation of events and marketing campaigns
Updating and preparing marketing collateral and presentational material
Assisting with the creation of flyers, company brochures using Adobe suite
Updating and preparing document templates
Posting online content on the company's website and social media
Capture and edit photos for the marketing library
Preparation of internal newsletters

Role Requirements:

At least 2 years' experience in an administrative role within a corporate engineering consultancy
Good working knowledge / use of MS Office 2017 Word/Excel/PowerPoint and Outlook
Basic working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
Friendly, polite and helpful manner
Excellent organisation skills
Good time management skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to prioritise own workload
Accuracy / Excellent attention to detail
Understanding of engineering terms (desirable)
Hours flexibility (able to carry out overtime at short notice)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Act in an ethical manner and follows the principles of the Ethics Charter and Ethics in Practice Guidelines
