Description

Flat Roofing Contract Manager Required Immediate start, scheduled start also available. Up to £50,000 per annum. Accesible via car and public transport. Working in a modern environment with a fun and friendly team. This is an permanent position locatedin Harlow.

Working days:
Monday to Friday

Salary:
£40,000 to £50,000 per annum
Flexible shifts available (8 hours miminum)

Requiremen ts:

Minimum 2 years expereince working as a Flat Roofer (5 years preferred)
Valid CSCS card anf Full UK Drivers license
Understanding off all aspects in the Roofing industry
Minimum 2 years expereince working as a Contracts Manager (5 years preferred)

Duties will include:

Ensure all aspects of contractor's service meets the requirements for both trade skills and admin
Project planning and project reviews on site with contractors and or clients ensuring projects are started and completed on time and to the correct quality standard
Sourcing Contractors
Preparation and / or review of specifications, contracts, tender documents and checking of estimates
Monitor the contracts day to day performance and escalate any problems as appropriate
