My client, a market leading, UK based Environmental Consultancy, is searching for a Coastal Engineer to join their friendly and supportive team of Engineers and Consultants based in London.

Applicants are required to have a MSc and BSc in Civil Engineering or Coastal Engineering and have experience working for a UK based Consultancy completing Marine and Coastal Engineering Projects and detailed design of Rock Armour, Tidal Walls, Slipways,Quay Walls, Jetties, Ports and/or Harbours.

As a Coastal Engineer you will have the opportunity to join, manage and mentor a Team of Engineers in London.

You will have the opportunity to manage and complete Flood Alleviation Schemes, Coastal Sea Defence, Marine, Ports and Harbour Projects for UK basedand international Clients.

You will be expected to complete detailed design of the following;

Flood Defence, Tidal Walls and Lagoons.
Jetties, Quays, Slipways, Piers and Port Masterplanning.
Marinas and Locks/Dock Gates
Marine Renewable Energy
Coastal Sea Defence.

The opportunity will offer training and support from an experienced team of engineers. You will also have the opportunity to liaise with clients based in the UK and overseas.
