What you'll be doing *:

We're looking for someone creative and curious to join our growing Digital team as a Digital Experience Specialist.


Our Digital Experience Specialist will support the Digital Experience Manager to create frictionless digital journeys for customers researching savings and mortgages products, driving better engagement and conversion across our website, apps and microsites.

You'll be helping identify and help deliver opportunities to improve digital journeys for a wide range of audiences - from first time buyers, to young savers.

You're already a fantastic copywriter and have experience with website management, and managing content creation.

Working closely with marketing teams, agencies and digital partners, you'll make sure that our products and propositions can be easily found and understood.


With an appreciation for data-led decision making, you'll also work closely with our UX and analytics teams to develop deep empathy for customer goals using insight, data, and analytics.


By developing best-placed quality content, delivering effective digital marketing, and basing decisions on thoughtful analysis, you'll be helping to optimise conversions and continuously improve the digital experiences.


Experience you'll bring:


  • Understand digital marketing principles
  • Experience with Google Analytics, behavioural and reporting tools
  • Understand and uphold the importance of datadriven design and results
  • Strong analytical approach to identify trends and insights within data
  • Demonstrate the ability to explain technical functions and features in an easy to understand format
  • Demonstrate a passion for all things digital
  • Natural flare for problem solving
  • Change management
  • Good organisational skills and able to manage multiple ongoing projects
  • Able to develop hypotheses for testing
  • Appreciation of Human Centred Design and UX principles
  • Able to develop hypotheses for testing
  • Digital Marketing experience
  • Experience in content marketing
  • Experience with web, mobile and app journey design
  • Experience of working with change teams implementing iterative digital delivery
  • Experience managing third parties to deliver digital marketing and projects
  • Implemented the roll out of new or enhanced Digital processes
