Due to growth across the business, our client is looking for a new Territory Manager to join their team across London and the South East.

This opportunity is perfect for individuals looking to break into the medical device industry, or a Clinical/JuniorMedical Sales individual looking to grow their career on behalf of a market leader.

They specialise in both airway management and bladder measurement and are working to become the marketleader in each.

The role


In the role of Territory Manager, you'll directly sell our client's bladder measurement and urology product portfolio across hospitals, ICUs, and theatres within the territory.

You will be comfortable working in an operating theatre as your time in theatrewill be high - working with a mix of capital and consumable products.


  • Responsibilities include: _
  • Generating a high volume of sales activity
  • Consistently achieve and exceed targets
  • Creating growth across the territory
  • Completing inperson prospecting, evaluations, phone calls and customer presentations
  • Analysing pipeline coverage to ensure it supports monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
  • Executing sales strategies and techniques
  • Understanding customer needs and building rapport
  • Utilising the company CRM system
  • Researching marketing opportunities
  • Discovering new industry and market information

The requirements

  • You'll have ideally 2+ years of experience in medical sales, ideally with surgical experience, as well as _
  • Degreelevel educated
  • Professional experience and track record in the health sector
  • Comfortable working in an operating theatre
  • Able to develop strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Able to deliver exceptional service levels
  • Willing to go the extra mile to exceed patient expectations
  • A highenergy individual with a selfstarter mentality
  • Strong account management skills
  • Supportive and creative in solving challenges
  • Comfortable having to adjust to changes in the work environment
  • Experience working for a USbased manufacturing company is preferred
  • Ideally located within the territory and willing to travel across it
